  • Can those who with about a year of career apply for new employee recruitment?
    Of course they can without any disadvantages.
  • I have once been rejected by GMS before. Can I apply again?
    There are no disadvantages for re-applicants.
  • I have no authorized foreign language score. Are there any disadvantages for applying without any foreign language score?
    Foreign language skills can be considered as one of the basic abilities in the current global era, but a foreign language test score does not represent all your competence.

    It will not be a big problem not to have any foreign language certificate, but its weight in evaluation can vary depending on how much the position you apply for requires foreign language skills.
  • What does the first round of interviews consist of?
    It is conducted by working groups evaluating personality and capability. There might be additional written/PT tests, etc. when necessary. Portfolios can be required as well.
  • How is the second round of interviews?
    It is conducted by CEO to evaluate how those who were proved their basic capability is suitable for GMS.
  • Can those whose major is not preferred apply?
    GMS put the first priority on basic personality and capability. If you have competitive capability and interest in this field, you are welcome to apply.
  • How does a notice of acceptance deliver to the candidates?
    Only the accepted ones will be informed individually.
  • After confirmation of joining the company, how long is on-the-job training?
    It varies depending on teams but generally a week.
